2. Computer proficient - Should Know Ms Office And Ms Outlook
3. Read and write English
4. Communication skills - can do calls and mails
5. Able to search on google required information
Identify potential vendors and obtain quotes
Contact vendors to confirm purchase order details
Collect and fulfill requests for office supplies
Planning for delivery of materials timely
Maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and effective communication
PO Creation, PO Amendment, PO Review, Vendor Creation, Vendor verification and perform all
procurement process related activities as assigned to me
Work on market report, and Regular MIS updation, To be in touch with suppliers / Brokers and maintain healthy business relationship
