Job description
A CASA Sales Officer is responsible for acquiring and managing Current and Savings Accounts for the bank or financial institution. Their primary focus is on increasing the customer base and ensuring that customers choose the banks products for their banking needs .
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities targets achieved and market trends .
- Identify opportunities to crosssell other banking products and services such as fixed deposits loans credit cards and insurance based on customer needs.
- Set and achieve sales targets for acquiring new CASA customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the banks growth and revenue objectives.
- Handling customer inquiries addressing concerns and providing relevant information about banking services.
- Achieving sales targets and quotas set by the bank.
Requirements:
- Education: Any bachelor degree.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in field sales.
- Age: 21 to 30 years.
- Good Communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
