Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand the architecture needs of multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.
Responsibilities : 1. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and objectives. 2. Design and architect end-to-end solutions using .NET technologies (mandatory) and Rapid Application Frameworks (optional) that align with business goals and technical standards. 3. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed. 4. Perform architectural reviews, code reviews, and quality assurance to maintain solution integrity. 5. Drive innovation by researching and evaluating emerging technologies and recommending their adoption when appropriate. 6. Develop and maintain architectural documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications. 7. Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. 8. Work closely with project managers to estimate effort, define project scopes, and contribute to project planning. 9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. 10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, .NET framework updates, and best practices to continually improve our technical capabilities. Qualifications : 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. 2. 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies. 3. Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role. 4. In-depth knowledge of .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and related technologies. 5. Strong understanding of architectural patterns, microservices, and cloud computing (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP). 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 8. Previous experience in Agile/Scrum environments. 9. Relevant certifications are a plus. 10. Strong commitment to staying current with industry trends and technologies.
