Role And Responsibilities - Conduct cold calling to convert leads into partners.
- Be analytical and understand the business climate.
- Collaborate with other teams to understand the demand for hiring partners.
- Manage partner relationships to ensure retention.
- Work towards daily targets and achieve them.
- Conduct field and community-based recruitment.
Candidate Qualifications - Enthusiastic, energetic, and self-driven.
- Excellent convincing and decision-making skills.
- Graduate degree and experience in telecalling, specifically cold calling.
- Experience in field recruitment.
- Excellent Excel skills.
