Role And Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to convert leads into partners.
  • Be analytical and understand the business climate.
  • Collaborate with other teams to understand the demand for hiring partners.
  • Manage partner relationships to ensure retention.
  • Work towards daily targets and achieve them.
  • Conduct field and community-based recruitment.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and self-driven.
  • Excellent convincing and decision-making skills.
  • Graduate degree and experience in telecalling, specifically cold calling.
  • Experience in field recruitment.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
