Job Description:

The Non-Teaching Staff will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the College of Allied Health Science. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills and be able to effectively manage office work while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Qualifications:

• Any degree in a related field from an approved institution
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining office records and files
• Assisting with administrative tasks
• Supporting students and faculty with various needs
• Managing communications and correspondence
• Performing general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and printing
