We are hiring a Corporate HR Recruiter to join our team at Collar Search. As a Corporate HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within our organization. This is a full-time role based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We are looking for a talented individual with less than 1 year of experience, who is eager to learn and grow in the field of HR recruitment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master's degree in Human Resources.
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in HR recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively use job portals and social media for sourcing candidates.
- Experience with cold calling and networking to generate candidate leads.
- Ability to screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Review and analyse resumes to determine suitability of candidates for the job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
