Position Title: Thermo-Structural Designer
Location: Hyderabad JOB PURPOSE A Thermo- Structural Designer will be responsible for design of aerospace components, systems for structural and thermal performance through various analysis & by utilizing advance engineering tools and methodologies. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Educational Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 02-08 Years Proven experience in structural analysis, particularly in the aerospace or space industry. Knowledge of air-vehicle dynamics, thermal analysis, and vibration analysis. Proficiency in FEA tools such as ANSYS and structural analysis software. Programming skills (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for data analysis and model development. Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment. Accountabilities Major Activities: Design & Development As a Thermo-Structural Designer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the structural integrity, safety, and performance of Aerospace systems. Your responsibilities will involve conducting complex structural, thermal analysis utilizing advanced engineering tools and methodologies to support the design, development, and optimization of Aerospace systems & components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies. Simulation & Analysis Perform finite element analysis (FEA), hand calculations and other advanced analysis techniques to evaluate structural responses under different loading conditions, such as aerodynamic forces, vibrations, and thermal gradients. Conduct FEA simulations including static, linear-nonlinear buckling, modal, random vibration, shock, thermal and thermo-structural analysis under proper loading and boundary condition. Testing Make test plan and perform static and dynamic tests of components/subsystems/main systems under actual conditions. Analyze test results and correlate with the simulation results. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with design team to change/modify designs ensuring structural integrity, safety, and performance. Recommend design team to make jigs/fixtures with apt features to conduct tests as per test-plan. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including aerodynamics, and propulsion to integrate structural considerations into the overall design process. Optimization Conduct structural optimization studies to enhance the overall performance, reliability, and efficiency of Aerospace systems structures. Failure Mitigation Perform failure mode and effects analysis to identify potential failure points and assess the risk associated with structural design choices. Develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks and ensure the structural robustness of the vehicle. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of all the analysis reports, test plans, post-test data analysis reports for the structures analyzed. Position Title: FPGA Engineer Location: Hyderabad JOB DESCRIPTION: Knowledge of FPGA logic design creation, development and validation skills. Programming skills for real time systems development on FPGA board & Processors. Expertise in Verilog, VHDL and UVM testbench is a must. Experience with Soft RTL IP integration of multiple processors on Xilinx FPGA. Expertise in integrating the RTL design with High-speed interfaces like USB, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, ETHERNET. Creating schematics and technical documentation. Identifying and resolving hardware issues and debugging during the development process. Expertise in using test equipment's like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzer, debuggers to debug the hardware software interface. Knowledge of multi clock domain design, Asynchronous interface, flash memory, DDR memory and other FPGA needs. Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources. Proficiency in hardware design software like Xilinx Vivado, ChipScope, Xilinx ISE etc. Familiarity with programming languages such as C, Verilog VHDL, Perl and python. Educational Qualifications and Skills – B.Tech (ECE/EEE/CS) or M.Tech (VLSI/Embedded/FPGA) 01-05 Years of Experience in the relevant Field Skills - C, Xilinx Vivado, ChipScope, Verilog VHDL, Perl, Xilinx FPGA Strong Communication and Interpersonal relations skillsJob tags
