- Need core L&D experience
- 6+ years relevant experience in L&D
- Should have 3+ yrs experience in Behavioral training.
- Project management experience
- Process excellence experience.
- Six sigma Certification
- Excellent communication.
CANDIDATE PROFILE & CRITICAL EXPOSURE / EXPERIENCE :
DEEMED ESSENTIAL :
Prior Expn | Technical Skills | Project Expn etc which is essential for the role : • Minimum 6 years' experience in L&D
• Preferred - Have experience of working in teams managing projects
• Preferred - Content development, Training and LMS experience
• Preferred- Must have knowledge of elearning content development tools like Articulate
Storyline, Captivate, MS Projects and
• Mandate- MS office suites (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
• Preferred Certification in Instructional Design /Content Development Experience
• Minimum Graduate (Preferred MBA from Tier 1)
• Preferred – BPO Experience
JOB - ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES : Position Summary: The person will work in collaboration with project stakeholders within HGS, as well as, with
vendors/partners to establish project scoping, goals, and deliverables. Needs to work towards
fulfilment of business needs. The employee will lead/contribute across multiple projects and
ensure alignment to project and company goals.
Key areas of responsibilities :
• Lead/ Assist with project management, requirement gathering & analysis, obtainingresources, contacting vendors, and/or processing invoices/legal documents
• Responsible for project managing and implementing various interventions, analysis, MIS and manage stakeholder's expectations across multiple countries and departments
• Understand the People development practices across all the worldwide locations of HGS. Be part of designing interventions to effect people development and improve employee retention
• Manage communication & coordination with stakeholders, employees & vendors
• Research and provide trends on the Best Practices on People Development
• Provide administrative support including data entry, coordinating meetings, etc.
• Deliver periodic Reports/presentations to Senior Management
• Maintain project records, recommend and/or revise SOPs
• Analyze data (using excel and other tools) and present insights
