Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead QA professional to join our team. As a Lead QA you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will lead a team of QA engineers develop and implement testing strategies and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver topnotch software solution to our clients
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for both automated and manual testing.
- Collaborate with project managers developers and business analysts to understand project requirements and define testing scope.
- Lead and guide the testing team in executing test cases both automated and manual to verify software functionality performance and reliability
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using industrystandard tools and best practices.
- Continuously improve and expand test automation coverage to increase testing efficiency.
- Allocate testing tasks set priorities and monitor team performance.
- Ensure that testing processes and results are welldocumented for audit and compliance purposes
- Participate in project meetings and provide testing status updates to stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and best practices across the testing team
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in both automated and manual testing with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium POM. JUnit TestNG).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results.
