Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our fast-growing organisation.. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing enterprise-level accounts with companies that have more than 50,000 orders per month. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and prioritize target enterprise customers in various industries that require same day delivery services.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate and capture market share within the enterprise segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of potential customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Articulate the value proposition of our same day delivery services and tailor it to address the specific needs of each enterprise customer.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our capabilities and differentiate our services from competitors.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services to enterprise customers.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) with enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate will be numbers-driven, team-oriented, an effective communicator, have a desire to participate in change, and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. He/she will have strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills. An understanding of, and passion for, e-commerce is highly desired.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree & 3-4 years of relevant working experience in sales or related fields.
- Proven track record of successfully selling enterprise-level solutions or services to companies with more than 1 Cr worth of Annual Contract Value(ACV).
- Understanding of the E-commerce ecosystem, preferably with experience in logistics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage & influence senior-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Highly motivated and self-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
