Job description
Job Deliverables - Data Analyst Draw insights and create a strategy by diving deeper into the data, understanding - consumer behavior and demand, and guiding businesses to create merchandising and communication plans around the treatment of user cohorts to acquire/retain/reactivate. Translating data into actionable insights that can guide the CXOs to develop strategy, plan marketing efforts, product development, customer experience improvements, etc Collaborate with cross-functional teams, help in building data visualizations, guide on key business decisions based on data-driven insights and ensure/track AOP achievement and forward-looking achievement Developing and implementing feedback mechanisms to measure performance metrics to state the effectiveness of business initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals Analyze large sets of data to identify growth initiatives across the user engagement funnels and channels Perform experiments & A/B tests for data-driven decision-making Have expertise in understanding the user funnel and track performance metrics Should be able to understand business AOPs and build top-down approach to help achieve the same Build attribution models to understand what channels (or combinations) are most effective in driving user engagement
Skills Required: SQL Python (Basic) or R Tableau and similar tools Google Analytics Good aptitude and analytical skills Experience in solving advanced analytical problems and leading projectsJob tags
