Role:
We are looking for a marketing executive /marketing associate with added knowledge of digital marketing to join our team. The role will support various marketing functions for the organization. The marketing executive/assistant will be responsible for all marketing co-ordination effort, client co-ordination, and relationship management and play a key role in implementation of marketing activities including digital marketing – LinkedIn profile management, social media engagement, email marketing campaign execution & reporting along with employer branding activity. The individual in this role will gain exposure to holistic B2B marketing activity both online and offline of a consulting company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support production, delivery & and execution of all marketing collaterals both print & and digital
- LinkedIn management and engagement, Email Campaign support.
- Support content generation (infographics, emailers, blogs) and maintain brand identity across various marketing channels
- Liaison with various agencies and vendors to keep marketing activities on schedule
- Manage & and update website content, ideate to make website more engaging
- Developing and sending email campaigns, newsletters, eBooks
- Develop/keep standard organization profile & credentials across platforms. Updation of customer details on CRM tools.
- Researching and coordination of events, conferences, client nurturing initiatives, and business presentations in keeping with sales objectives. Arranging testimonials from customers, feedback from project sites, and presenting updated reports on the same.
- Timely campaign performance measurement, analytics, and tracking using both in-house and inline platforms
Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ability to work independently in, a fast-paced environment and enthusiasm to learn
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Strong demonstrable experience as an assistant or junior marketing role, exposure in handling marketing activities and digital campaign execution will be preferred
- Exposure to CRM tools like lead squared, and HubSpot and analytical tools like Google Analytics.
- Knowledge & and exposure to keyword research, SEO, SEM
- Capabilities in adobe, Canva, video editor, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
