Responsible for meeting key performance metrics, including employee satisfaction, attendance, attrition etc.

Background Experience:
HR Executive with strong administrative and experience of systems in a fast growth dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
Strong team player, able to communicate effectively, highly organized.
Masters or Bachelor degree
5+ Experience working in HR, preferably with experience of working in smaller, complex and non-corporate environments.
Desirable experience of working in a fast growth service environment.
