AUR COFFEE is a new and exciting coffee brand that offers a unique twist - farm-to-cup with a D2C and tech play. We are looking for an area manager to help us manager our Cafe's across Pune using strong SOP's, scripts for staff etc.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Area Manager located in Pune. The Retail Area Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple AUR COFFEE retail locations in the Pune area, including overseeing customer service, sales, and retail operations. The Retail Area Manager will also coordinate with other departments to manage inventory and staffing.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior to optimize store performance.
• Communication: The ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other departments.
• Retail: Experience in managing retail operations and implementing retail strategies.
• Customer Service: The ability to maintain excellent customer service across multiple locations.
• Sales: Experience in driving sales in a retail environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
