For more information, visit Requirements Integration Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design scalable and efficient integration solutions using SAP SuccessFactors. Develop, implement, and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy. SuccessFactors Module Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in various SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Compensation. Custom Development: Create custom solutions and extensions to meet unique business requirements while adhering to best practices and standards. Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within the SAP SuccessFactors framework. Develop and maintain custom solutions using SAP Cloud Application Studio, ensuring seamless integration with SAP SuccessFactors. Extensively use SAP Cloud Platform Extension Factory for building modular and scalable extensions. API Management & Technical Support: Provide technical support for complex SAP SuccessFactors integration issues, performing in-depth analysis and debugging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and prevent recurrence of technical challenges. Work with SuccessFactors APIs and connectors, optimizing and customizing them for diverse business needs. Ensure secure and efficient data exchange between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration processes, configurations, and custom developments. Ensure knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders and support teams. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates, enhancements, and best practices. Recommend and implement process improvements and optimizations to enhance system performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Technical Analyst with a focus on integration design and development. Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integration center and their interdependencies. Proficient in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and other relevant integration technologies. Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Application Studio for custom development. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors APIs and connectors. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders.Job tags
