Job description
Architectural Leadership:
- Develop and communicate a clear architectural vision for Power Platform solutions aligned with business goals.
- Provide leadership in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Power Platform solutions.
Solution Design:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Power Platform solutions.
- Design end-to-end solutions incorporating Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Governance and Best Practices:
- Define and enforce governance policies and best practices for Power Platform development.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
Integration and Collaboration:
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Collaborate with IT teams to align Power Platform architecture with overall enterprise architecture.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Power Platform development teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging Power Platform features to drive innovation.
Performance Optimization:
- Optimize Power Platform solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Identify and address bottlenecks, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement robust security measures for Power Platform solutions, safeguarding sensitive data.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational security standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Power Platform Architect or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with data modeling, custom connectors, and integration techniques within the Power Platform.
- Proficiency in defining and implementing security controls and compliance measures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
- Experience with Power Virtual Agents and AI Builder.
- Familiarity with Azure services related to the Power Platform.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices for Power Platform development.
- Proven success in driving digital transformation through the Power Platform.
