Job description
Mandatory Skillset:
AWS Connect with lex, contact center, python, ivr development, AWS services (Amazon Connect, S3, Lambda, Dynamo DB, API Gateway, EC2, AWS Lex, VPC, Kinesis and chime) Work Timings: UK shift ( 2- 3 Pm to 10 – 11 PM) IST. Location: Chennai Responsibility: Design and develop end to end contact center using Amazon Connect and AWS services • Design and develop personalized and dynamic contact flows • Integrate to AD/ SAML • Develop lex bots • Configure host integrations for IVR and agent desktop • Integrate 3rd party applications like CRMs, ITMS, WFO, and AI • Keep up-to-date with the latest features launched for Amazon Connect and AWS CCI. Test the new features • Work with Business Analyst and Testing team for project delivery • Create and maintain project design and delivery documentationsJob tags
