Job Role- HR Operations Manager
Job Location- Mumbai
Responsibilities:
1. On boarding:
Develop and execute a comprehensive on boarding program for new employees, ensuring a smooth assimilation into the Company culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless on boarding experience, incorporating company values, policies, and expectations.
2. Employee Engagement:
Design and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and events to enhance employee morale and motivation.
3. Exit Management:
Lead the exit process, conducting exit interviews, and analysing feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with departments to ensure a smooth transition during employee exits and manage documentation related to the off boarding process.
4. Performance Management:
Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance on goal-setting, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with leadership to identify and address performance-related issues proactively.
5. HR Analytics:
Utilize HR analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on HR metrics for senior management.
