Key Responsibilities:

Business Deliverables & Expansion: Achieve business results for the area through network expansion and driving secondary and tertiary sales through activities.

Channel Management & Development: Appoint new channel partners and achieve results through existing channel partners according to aligned targets.

Forecasting: Provide monthly inputs for product requirements based on business delivery.

Training & Coaching: Provide on-the-job coaching for ROCs and DSRs.

Planning & Review: Drive business planning through the team periodically, review performance at team and distributor levels, and implement necessary course corrections.

Compliance, Ethics & Safety: Ensure adherence to all policies.

Accountability:

Monthly Billed Dealers count.

Management of Credit Exposure.

Various Sales & Marketing Budgets such as Pricing/Activities/Meetings & Dealer Meets.

Adherence to Travel Budgets for self and team.

Policy compliance for self and ROCs.

Performance Management & Capability Development of self and ROCs.

Working Relationships:

Internal: Member of the Executive Team; collaborates closely with other departments like HR, Supply Chain & Marketing.

External: Distributors, Dealers, stakeholders, competitors, and industry associations.
