In this critical role, you will partner with Product, Technology & Business/Operations leaders to plan, design and drive the execution of risk and payment related initiatives while constantly striving to deliver value for our customers and meet organizational objectives.
In This Role You Will Get To - Join our growing Payments Product & Engineering team that has a footprint across Priceline's global offices. As product manager, you will drive risk and payment related initiatives across the organization and run agile sprint ceremonies including daily Standups, sprint planning, story pointing, demos and retrospectives.
- Analyze usage of our product, understand competitor offerings, align with internal strategic initiatives, and partner needs.
- Drive engagement and improvement opportunities with external risk and payment vendors while remaining ahead of the curve with upcoming changes in the payments ecosystem at large.
- Define product specifications, establish breakthroughs, and lead design, development, and quality assurance activities for a cross-functional scrum team
- Continuously propose new A/B tests to improve conversion and engagement.
- Roll up your sleeves. We are a lean team and there is no job either big or too small. Some days you will be planning for the next quarter, and other days you will be diving into database records or inspecting API responses to help the development team troubleshoot an issue. We are very hands-on.
Who You Are - Bachelor's degree required, MBA is desirable
- Prior experience in ecommerce and payments is preferred. 4 to 6 years of consumer-facing internet product management experience, preferably in defining and driving consumer facing products.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; must have the ability to synthesize data and metrics to evaluate assumptions/ outcomes.Prior experience with SQL, BigQuery & Tableau is a plus.
- Humility: an openness to new processes and a desire to grow and learn.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team and participate in technical and non-technical discussions
- A self-starter who is confident and able to move projects forward with little direction.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills – from product specifications to JIRA tickets, to stakeholder presentations.

Flexible work at Priceline Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
