Role Description
The Human Resource Manager will be critical in managing our endtoend HR
functions. This position requires a dynamic professional with a background in HRM
preferably with IT industry experience who can effectively manage recruitment
employee performance policy drafting and implementation. The ideal candidate will
have a strategic mindset and be capable of driving HR initiatives that support our
business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing: Lead the recruitment process from job posting
screening and interviewing to final selection. Develop strategies to attract high
quality candidates and fill positions efficiently.
Employee Performance Management: Design and implement performance
review processes. Work with department managers to assess employee
performance identify training needs and develop growth plans.
Policy Drafting and Implementation: Develop revise and implement HR policies
and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and support the
companys objectives.
Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for employmentrelated
matters. Resolve conflicts and guide HR policies to ensure a positive work
environment.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize training
programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to make datadriven decisions related to HR
functions including turnover rates hiring costs and employee satisfaction.
Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with regulatory requirements and
company policies.
Qualifications
MBA or equivalent degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
45 years of experience in HR with a preference for candidates with IT industry
experience (Optional).
Proven track record in managing endtoend HR functions including
recruitment performance management and policy development.
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strategic thinker who can drive HR initiatives that align with business goals.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
