Job description
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing the team of catalogers, external photo studios, content partners- editing agencies to ensure on time listings.- Managing the cataloging requirements for new and existing vendors to ensure a reliable and operationally effective flow of products.
- Ensure implementation of platform guidelines and standard SOPs. - Ensure process improvement measures and listing quality improvements and meet the productivity goals. - Liaising with the product team to suggest improvements that would drive the efficiencies of catalog team members. - Work with various internal teams (e. g. customer relations, onboarding team, supply chain, product teams) to help drive the tools and process improvements that effects catalog enhancement workflows. - Work with the marketing/design team for creative inputs, banners, wherever required. - Participate in vendors users review and drive the vendor scorecard excellence.Job tags
