Required Telecaller Female
Location: Surat
Industry Digital Printing & Digital Marketing
Must have experience as a Telecaller
in the Digital Printing & Digital Marketing or similar industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and communicate the value propositions of our digital printing and marketing solutions.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
- Understand client requirements and assist in scheduling appointments for sales representatives.
- Maintain a database of client interactions ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Telecaller in the Digital Printing & Digital Marketing industry or a similar field is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and local languages with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in using telecalling systems and CRM software for call tracking and recordkeeping.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic and targetdriven environment.
