Should have experience in Employee Life cycle Processing (Hire to retire) Should have end to end experience in processing salary changes and various life cycle of employee data Management Demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedure relevant to HR admin, workforce, Leave Management People movements, leavers, and Reporting areas Deliver high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, with agreed SLAs Manage all process related documents (SOP/Process Map) up to date within agreed timelines Handle regular client communication with the client and different stakeholders Continually seek out way to generate new ideas to improve existing process Able to build a positive culture and support to other team members Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner Relevant working experience in SAP/ Workday Good verbal and written communication Hands on experience in MS office – Excel/Power point, Process specific tools like – SAP or workday Should have experience in handling voice and email query of client/Customer Job Description

Would be responsible in doing quality checks along with other team members. Would be handling queries email and voice for employees. Would be responsible in producing various Monthly reports for various stakeholders. Would be required to take active role in UAT/UVT as per requirement Would be responsible in providing training to new joiners Would be responsible in Auditing cases processed by the team Should play an active role in managing the team Should guide the team in resolving various complex queries Should be a team player and flexible ensuring that SLA/KPI are met The Supervisor ensures efficiency of daily operations, technology and transaction processes Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resource programs Coordinates services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers and technology specialists
