Job Title: Customer Support Executive

CTC 4-4.6 LPA

Location: Pune

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Education: Any degree

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: US Shift

Responsibilities

  • Resolve billing issues using effective query-solving techniques.
  • Provide clear and concise information regarding billing or services.
  • Review account information and address customer inquiries.

Skills Required

  • Proficient in billing processes, including understanding recurring bills, billing cycle changes, due
  • dates, prorate charges, auto-pay and surcharges, service charges, and taxes.
  • Experience in resolving customer issues related to billing.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Clarity in thought processes and ability to articulate thoughts effectively.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with customers.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to make fast decisions independently.
  • Willingness to work in a 24*7 environment (Rotational shifts/5 days a week).
  • Customer-centric with logical thinking and spontaneity.
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to all queries.
