Job Title: Social Media Lead
The Brand Brew is a creative agency that specializes in content creation, social media management, branding and design, and performance marketing. We're seeking a dynamic and energetic Social Media Lead to join our team and create amazing content for social media. The ideal candidate is client-facing and responsible for strategizing and executing social media campaigns, managing content calendars, coordinating client briefs, and ensuring effective and engaging social media presence for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Client Liaison : Act as the primary bridge between The Brand Brew's dedicated team and our valued clients' marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
- Campaign Management : Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of all campaign collaterals across the communication mix, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Strategy and Communication Planning : Develop a deep understanding of advertising strategies through detailed analysis of demographics, socio-economic factors, and market dynamics to inform digital campaigns.
- Digital Strategy Development : Lead the strategizing, conceptualizing, and implementation of cutting-edge digital campaigns, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and meet set objectives.
- Performance Optimization : Utilize performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, providing strategic recommendations for optimization and enhanced engagement.
- Brand Stewardship : Serve as the custodian of all client brand information and materials, staying abreast of any brand-related developments or events.
- Creative Collaboration : Prepare comprehensive creative briefs and lead briefings with the team. Encourage creative thinking and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and alternatives.
- Leading a Team : Managing a team of other strategists, and serving as the senior point of contact for all communications.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in marketing, mass media, and related fields, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and social media management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, complemented by a track record of managing medium to large-scale projects independently.
- Prior agency experience is essential, with a proven ability to foster client relationships and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience leading and managing a team towards achieving strategic objectives.
- Exceptional strategic and creative thinking abilities, with a knack for innovative problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in arts and languages, showcasing creativity and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in crisis and issues management is preferred.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and financial processes related to marketing campaigns.
