Job description

Responsibilities

1. Excellent communication skills â€' CEFR :: B2, C1, C2
2. Work experience on Service Desk with good knowledge Admin level experience with any of the Office365 product (MS teams, Exchange, SharePoint etc.)
3. Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, email migrations, hybrid migrations, Office365 application troubleshooting and general Office365 technical support
4. Experience on Rave or DFM or Service now or Remedy or Control M or similar ticketing tool with knowledge of ticket priority, severity.
5. Research, resolve, and respond to questions in a timely manner.
6. Knowledge of Incident Management lifecycle.
7. Aware of current role SLA and Metrics handled
8. Talents should be based out of Hyderabad
9. Work from Office is mandatory, No option of hybrid and WFH
10. 24.7 Shifts are mandatory
11. Split weekly offs/weekday offs.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Prior experience with MS Related support Projects preferably Concierge or Premier
2. Relevant Microsoft certifications

Technical and Professional Requirements:

1. Mandatory experience on L1 Service Desk/CS-Semi tech / Blended Voice process with Email/Outlook & chat experience.
2. Recent project/Process should be based SD assistance
