We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as an Chat Support and Email Support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent typing skills and proficiency in English communication.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat and Email support.
  2. Assist customers in English language.
  3. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues.
  4. Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions.
  5. Collaborate with team members to address complex customer inquiries.
  6. Adhere to company guidelines and policies while handling customer queries.

  1. Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  1. Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  1. Previous experience in customer service or chat support is preferred.
  1. Availability to workday shifts for six days a week.
