Job Overview: The Golden Rise is seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Job Posting and Advertising: Write enticing job descriptions and post them on various job boards and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, conduct phone or in-person interviews, and assess their skills and qualifications.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiate compensation and benefits, and collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires.
- Employer Branding: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
