Job description
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize document and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Complete call logs and reports on Excel
- Should work on Pivot reports
Requirements
- Must have excellent communication skills with Proficiency in English
- Manage outgoing and incoming calls
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Multitask on various projects which are relevant to the process.
Bachelor\'s degree in business, real estate, marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven track record in real estate sales or relationship management, with a focus on outdoor properties preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset. Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures applicable to outdoor properties. Proficiency in relevant software and technology platforms, including CRM systems and digital marketing tools. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
