Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, and effective communication in order to provide exceptional customer service to our students.

Qualifications

• Inside sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Excellent lead generation skills
• Strong customer satisfaction skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the Edtech industry is a plus
