Working Hours: Full-time, UK Timings (12:30 PM IST to 9 PM)
Experience: 3-4 years
Salary : INR 5.5 to 6 Lakhs per annum.

Our mission is to provide consumer goods brands with effective digital strategies, utilizing a range of tools such as websites, promotions, gamification, analytics, SEO, and targeted brand engagement through events and webinars.
Responsibilities:
· Execute social media strategies, with a focus on LinkedIn and Twitter.
· Create engaging and compelling content for ads, blogs, and other social media platforms.
· Conduct keyword research, market research, and competitor analysis to inform social media strategies.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
· Upload basic content on CMS platforms.
· Monitor and analyse social media metrics to track the success of campaigns.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
· Implement digital marketing and SEO strategies for the companies and conferences' visibility.
· Execute email marketing campaigns via direct mailing lists on a weekly basis.
· Facilitate all internal and external communication about the event to increase attendee revenue and create new partnerships.
· Proofread website updates at all stages of the conference life cycles.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, editors, internal designers, and conference producers to ensure marketing campaigns have been implemented effectively.
· Instigate promotional activity through email, print, data, and mailing to enable multi-channel marketing.
· Create content and deliver communications that drive lead generation.
· Work closely with external partners to meet agreed deadlines cost-effectively.
· Manage the shows' blogs, securing content from partners, editors, and exhibitors to drive new customers to the site.
· Fulfil media deals, contribute to direct marketing, and support social media initiatives.
· Conduct database filtering and segmentation.
Requirements:
· 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the B2B industry and events.
· Proven experience with LinkedIn and Twitter marketing.
· Strong writing skills for creating ads, blogs, and other social media content.
· Knowledge of keyword research, market research, and competitor analysis.
· Ability to upload basic content on CMS platforms.
· Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Graduated to degree level or equivalent in Marketing, Social Sciences, Humanities, Languages, or a similar field.
· Fluent in written and spoken English.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
· Independent worker with a proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership of key projects.
· Strong multitasking and prioritization skills are essential.
· Proficient in both Windows and Mac operating systems, including PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, able to successfully interact with various parts of the business and stakeholders at all levels.
· Excellent organizational, analytical, and administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
· Flexible in approach and able to amend hours as required to suit business needs.
