Summary Seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual for a Senior Director position responsible for reporting and analyzing organization-wide data to help drive key decisions and strategies into robust, thoughtful, and digestible outputs. The candidate should be a strategic thinker with a strong background in BI tools implementation, analytics, and the capability to manage diverse teams across different geographical locations. Key Responsibilities: Power BI Implementation: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of large-scale Power BI projects. Ensure projects align with business goals and are delivered on time and within budget. Oversee the structure and management to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and scalability. Collaborate with the IT team to optimize data storage and retrieval. Data Visualization: Drive innovative design and implementation of enhanced data visualization for improved analysis and decision-making. Ensure that visualizations are intuitive, actionable, and tailored to the audience. Data Analytics and Strategy: Drive analytics strategy, ensuring data-driven decision-making processes. Demonstrate an exceptional level of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Should have experience and knowledge of ML / NLP-based analytics and reporting implementation. Cloud Deployment knowledge: Should have a basic understanding of cloud-based solutions to optimize the performance and scalability of Power BI implementations. RPA Tool Implementation / Integration: Identify areas of improvement where automation can enhance efficiency. Incorporate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools within Power BI ecosystems to enhance efficiency and automation. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver relevant data insights. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical details into business language. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and strategies. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor diverse teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Manage team dynamics and performance across multiple geographies. Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes continuous learning and professional growth. Call center / BPO experience: Understand and interpret call center metrics to improve operations and customer experience. Attributes & Attitude Analytical skills Ability to work under high-pressure working environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Integrity & Drive Energetic & Enthusiastic Prompt & fast-paced Exceptional team management skills Solution-oriented mindset Knowledge Qualification: BA or BS from any field Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in MIS reporting, data visualization, and related ones with a track record of cross-geography leadership roles Expertise in MS Power BI, MS Excel, and other data visualization tools Knowledge of RPA tools and their application in data management Strong understanding of database design and management Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in call center analytics and operationsJob tags
