The company aims to help ambitious business owners in India to grow their businesses exponentially through education and coaching. The company is located in Mumbai and this position is for the Sales Manager - East.
Role Description
- Lead the Sales and Business Development Function for all the Verticals of Beyond Red Ocean Consulting in West Bengal
- Take accountability of the Sales Targets for the Business
- Lead Generation and Lead Management
- Convert Leads into Prospects and set up meetings with the Coaches
- Database build and management. Build strategies to connect regularly with the database.
- Regular emailer activity and tracking of connects as a outcome of Emailers
- Organise 6-10 seminars and ensure that rooms are filled with prospective leads
- Organise and schedule speaking engagements for the Coaches
- Attend and Participate Exhibitions
- Ensure that the Brand Positioning is managed and Protected
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven ability of Lead Generation and Lead Engagement
- Tele calling experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Advanced degree and/or certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus
- Fluent in English and Hindi, additional languages a plus
Salary : Rs 500,000 pa + Incentives
