'Responsibilities: Managing and Architecting Tools and Automation for accelerating Infrastructure operations Drive Infrastructure Operations transformation, technology infusion, customer communication and benefit articulation Transform Support Team to Site Reliability Engineers, define and drive accelerators for automations. Manage and Implement Tools and Tools configuration changes by driving a team of SMEs. Analyze the Tools and its capabilities to ensure we are leveraging all its functions and features. Analyze Performance Issues, Derive Patterns and provide suggestions using Monitoring Tools. Liaise and manage collaboration between service lines to bring in synergies and ensure successful delivery Report SLAs, metrics and other critical hygiene factors as per the contract Report to our internal leadership team on overall engagement (like delivery, contract management, staffing, financials, etc.) Establish and manager working relationship with other towers for delivery excellence Lead / Service Owner for Customer and Employee Satisfaction Focus on project opportunities and transformation initiatives Implement ITIL process definitions along with automation P&L responsibility of services offered Architecture gap assessment studies Implementation of new technologies Consolidation/virtualization opportunities Reduce business impact of outages Cost savings through better solutions Enhance operational efficiencies Required Qualifications: Must have minimum of 12 years of proven experience in successfully executing large size IT Infrastructure delivery Experience in independently leading Tech Initiatives along with managing those initiatives spanning across Automation Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning etc., Experience in understanding core compute towers, databases and other Infrastructure towers Monitoring and Automation requirements Experience in identifying and providing Proactive Monitoring Solutions using existing tools like Microsoft SCOM, BMC TrueSight, Dynatrace, Solarwinds etc., Good understanding on any Automation Tools like Ansible, Puppet etc., and any Orchestration Tools like Kubernetes, Docker etc., Good understanding for agile delivery methodologies and DevOps/Automation concepts Excellent client management, relationship building and escalation management skills Ability to collaborate and resolve conflicts Excellent communication & negotiation skills, strong people management Ability to work independently to manage the tower and respective stakeholders Proven record of achieving organization optimization Experience with continuous improvement process and methodologies Proven record on achieving highest levels of delivery excellence' (1.)
