Job description
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will lead and collaborate with cross-functional departments to create effective strategies that align with our business objectives. The goal is to enhance brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate qualified leads through innovative and measurable digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., to maximize ROI.
- Manage and oversee the company's social media presence, including content creation, publishing, community engagement, and social advertising.
- Analyze key metrics and provide regular performance reports to optimize strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and high-quality content for various digital channels.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and propose innovative ideas to stay ahead in the industry.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-effective strategies that meet business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Expertise in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools, CRM software, and content management systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) are desirable.
