Job description
Qualifications:-
● 3-5+ years experience in a design role doing motion and still graphics for broadcast and digital media
● Experience working knowledge of design, animation, and interactive software, including but not limited to Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere
● You have a strong graphic design knowledge, creative approach and collaborative spirit
● You have strong understanding of animation principles and motion design
● You have meticulous attention to detail and overall product quality
● Strong visual style and a thorough understanding of how typography, layout, colour, images, and interactivity impact design
● The candidate should have worked as a motion designer/visualizer.
● Creative thinker, problem-solver and can handle work pressure.
● Comfortable about working in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment with excellent opportunities for personal growth.
● Self-motivated person who likes to start new things, develop ideas, meet new people and build a network
Job Responsibilities:
● Create visuals that align with the brand aesthetics and handle motion design requests for our Streaming and Social brands
● Assist in creating graphic elements, such as designing logo, lower-thirds and other on-screen elements such as titles, end cards, transitions for various online programming and series.
● Work collaboratively across the team and ensure efficient process and communication
● Incorporate revisions per feedback as appropriate, ensuring approved layouts conform to style guides
● Delivering final assets to the appropriate teams and stakeholders
● Contribute to creative brainstorms for various new initiatives
● Ensure all products/ assets are delivered as per set timeline and required Quality standards. - Will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple motion graphics projects on a tight deadline. Additionally, they will demonstrate the ability to problem solve and think critically, and also be able to adjust to a rapidly changing environment.
● Client Relationship Management (CRM) - Update client/ TL with project Status report at appropriate intervals. Request for regular feedback from Client at appropriate time intervals. Ensure all assets are corrected based on feedback from clients. Respond to internal external client queries in complete, concise and timely manner.
