Job Summary:
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and hands-on support in the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional consulting with a specific focus on the MS Cloud for Healthcare product. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design tailored solutions, and ensure successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
• Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with a particular emphasis on MS Cloud for Healthcare features.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user demonstrations to ensure effective adoption of the CRM solution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.
• Stay abreast of the latest updates and features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and MS Cloud for Healthcare, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation and post-deployment phases.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Information Technology, etc.).
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with MS Cloud for Healthcare product.
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices, business processes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and MS Cloud for Healthcare are highly desirable.
