Job description

Key responsibilities:
• Accountable for full end to end ownership and deliverables for the assigned accounts, ensuring process maps are followed as designed.
• Handle all negotiation rounds of Tender for all customer segments and assigned customers
• Deliver a timely and accurate output to key stakeholders/ customers
• Responsible to deliver IQ through timely and accurate contracting of awards, free time filing and regular BAF maintenance
• Support team leader to drive active engagement initiatives

Who are we looking for
• Master’s or Bachelors degree from recognized university
• 3 years experience in customer Service, Tender, Sales and performance management
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Good presentation skills
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel including advanced Excel along with critical analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure with high sense of urgency
• Detail oriented – ability to perform processes as per pre-defined design
• Willing to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges
• Demonstrate Customer Service and Ownership mindset.
