Role and Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Internation BPO. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints via call and ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly responding to inquiries and providing professional support. You will also be expected to provide proper resolutions to customer queries and utilize your excellent communication skills in English to deliver exceptional service. Candidate Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must have excellent communication skills in English. You should also be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment and demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing scenarios. International BPO experience would be considered an advantage. Required Skills:
