Financial Reporting , R2R and General accounting
Responsible To : Controller
Primary responsibility-
Monthly, quarterly & annual closing & preparing reports (Group & Local) in compliance of IFRS and GAAP, conduct various financial analysis for area responsible.
Internal control compliances
Monthly actual vs Budget analysis
SOP creation & amendment
Resolving query of Auditors
Secondary responsibility–
Incumbent will be responsible for Financial Planning and in depth Analysis, Business and Management reporting in SAP FICO Module.
Preparing and presenting exception reports and with focus on Business centric information based on relevancy and financial impact.
Supporting in Annual Budget activity
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting & Financial Planning and Analysis-
1. Timely and accurate preparation of Financial planning information and in depth and detailed analysis of business data for management reporting.
2. Timely & Accurate closing of month end & year end financial statement.
3. Ensuring Compliance of IFRS and Indian GAAP in Financial reporting.
4. SOP evaluation & updating from time to time as per process
5. Reconciliation of GL account
6. Ensure timely closure of Audit with no major observation
7. Monthly actual vs budget variation analysis for Sales, COGS & Opex
8. Effectively highlighting the exception and key drivers for variation and margins.
9. Understanding of business and identifying the relevant areas for cursors in profitability.
10. Excellent eye for the key ratios and reasons for variations impacting the management decision.
11. Strict adherence to the timelines and guidelines in the preparation and presentation of the report.
12. Preparation of monthly highlights Deck for CFO & Business head

Experience
At least 4 + years experience in Financial Analysis with overall 5-6 years post qualification.
