HI Hiring For NON IT Recruiter
Responsibilities: Sourcing and recruiting top talent through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings Managing the interview process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
Providing regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies Networking with industry professionals and attending job fairs and other recruiting events
Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
