Account / Key Account Manager
Account /Key Account Manager in enterprise sales is a role that involves managing relationships with our key customers or clients of a company. The key accounts are typically the largest and most important clients, and the KAM is responsible for maintaining and growing the business relationship with these accounts.
Responsibilities
- The AM/KAM is responsible for understanding the customer's business needs and goals, Identifying opportunities for the company to provide value and solutions that help the customer achieve those goals.Â
- Working closely with the customer to develop customized products or services, negotiating contracts and pricing, andÂ
- ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Working closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure that the company is meeting the needs of its key accounts and delivering high-quality service.Â
- Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with the key accounts, and forÂ
- managing the sales pipeline and forecasting revenue.
