Job Description
The Head of Communications will play a key role in building and communicating the brand and identity for employees and all the stakeholders. The role-holder will play a key role in setting the tone for their messaging and conveying our values. This individual will lead the process of crafting their communication strategy and building strong relations with the media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Communication Strategies
- Media Relations and Content Creation
- Culture Building and Crisis Management
- Stakeholder Engagement, Brand and Budget Management
The candidate will be managing both internal and external communications.
The Successful Applicant
- Candidate should come with current or previous experience in semiconductor or allied industries.
- Should have experience managing both internal and external communications
- Sharp, to the point, and ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Ability to work across a large spectrum of workforce, from blue-collar workforce to C-level.
- Open to travel( within Karnataka) and a WFO model.
