Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Delegate Acquisition - Sales. The Delegate Acquisition - Sales will be responsible for lead generation, managing a pipeline of leads, negotiating contracts and closing deals with potential delegates. In addition, Delegate Acquisition - Sales will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies along with managing customer accounts.

 

Qualifications

· Sales and negotiation skills with relevant experience in speaking with C-level executives

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience in B2B sales or business development in the events industries

· Ability to network and build relationships with potential clients

· Good research skills to understand the target audience

· Self-motivated and target-driven with a personal drive for growth and sales generation

· Good understanding of sales concepts, ability to use crm software

· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment

· A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any related field is an added advantage
