Job description

We're looking for an Agency Development Manager Specialist to join our team, Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential clients.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field sales representatives.

- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas

- Research particular accounts and follow or generate sales leads

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

- Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree is Mandatory

- Age Min 21 to Max 40

- Min 2 Years experience in field Sales
