Job description
1. Must possess high knowledge on fabrication and roll forming process. 2. Develop and implement process improvement strategies.
3. Work closely with the staff to select most appropriate process improvement techniques.
4. Identify and manage resources to execute process improvement projects.
5. Develop new processes for high efficiency and cost effectiveness.
6. Prioritize and develop projects based on critical needs.
7. Optimize current processes to meet all customer and internal requirements.
8. Recommend new ideas and techniques to ensure project success.
9. Evaluate current processes and provide recommendations.
10. Perform process design, development, and implementation of capital projects.
11. Provide support and guidance to team to meet daily work demands.
12. Analyze and troubleshoot process problems so as to make continuous and permanent improvements.
13. Develop projects within allotted timelines and budget.
14. Must handle manpower in terms of job allocation, preparation of weekly and monthly plans, meeting of targets with minimal or zero defects, etc.
15. Shop floor PPE adherence monitoring.
16. Jigs and fixtures design and developments for welded components.
17. Should have sound knowledge of Process Automation.
18. Process scrap reduction and monitoring.
19. Should have good knowledge for QMS, EMS, OHSAS, EN 15085 Internal and External departmental Audits.
