For our Maintenance department in Maxion Wheels Aluminum India Pvt. Ltd., Khed, Pune - India, we are looking for an
Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Your future role
•Planned & emergency maintenance of utility equipment eg. Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Fire Hydrant System etc.
•Supervise work assignments of the team leaders
•Auditing maintenance activities and ensuring zero downtime
•Lead Improvement projects
•Assist Maintenance Manager in improvement & new projects
•Ensure compliance and safety measures at all levels
•Liaison with govt. authorities
•Foster collaboration & ownership among the team
•Performance Management of team leaders & operators
Your profile
•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
•10 - 12 years of relevant work experience with reputed MNCs
•Experience of Aluminium foundry equipment maintenance is an added advantage
•Experience in SAP environment is preferred
•Experience in managing IATF, OHSAS and other statutory audit is an added
advantage
