Profile Briefing:
We are seeking experienced and skilled Team Leaders to lead our international sales Process team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of representatives, developing, and implementing processes, and achieving targets.

- Title: International Sales Team Lead
- No. of Vacancies: 1
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Salary & Compensation: 50k to 70 K
- Shift: US |Monday to Friday | (08:00 PM to 05:00 AM)
- Working days: 5
- Desired Experience Range: Minimum 5 or 5+ Years of relevant experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
- 5 or 5+ Years of International Sales Team lead experience. *
- Ready to take calls and coach the team members.
- Develop sales training programs.
- Setting sales quotas and goal
- Analyze market trends.
- Preparing timely sales forecasts and reports
- Manage the inside sales representatives team.
- Responsible for managing the sales team and make sure targets are achieved by them.
- Manage sales budget.
- Assist management in sales strategy development.
- Communicate and foster relationships with clients.
Desired Skills:
- Proficient in English (oral and written) & people skills.
- Good organizational, time management & multi-tasking abilities.
- Must have B2B sales experience.
- Problem-solving skills.
- High School diploma, additional qualifications will be a plus.
