Role and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sales of the entire range of products for the assigned area.
2. Responsible for Horeca and Institutional Sales.
3. Ensuring coverage distribution and visibility of all our brands as per company objectives.
4. Focus on new product launch/relaunch to establish the product in the market & achieve/exceed defined sales targets.
5. Collection of payments with orders & timely execution of followups with distributors/direct accounts.
6. Data management and reporting as per guidelines.
7. Training and development of all sales officers in the assigned area.
8. Managing the commercial control on distributors (receivables claims etc) and direct customers.
9. Responsible for Relationship Building & Coordination with dealers distributors & retailers etc.
